1. Following the verification process of your e-mail list, the software will allow you to remove addresses which were found valid or invalid.
2. Remove->Duplicates eliminates any duplicate e-mail addresses in your list.
3. Remove->Selected Addresses eliminate any highlighted e-mail addresses. You may highlight addresses by left clicking and dragging or by holding the shift/control button and left-clicking.
4. Remove->All clears the screen.
